The Fleet Management Division is a dynamic internal service organization who is responsible for providing the most reliable quality and cost-effective support, maintenance, and operation of all Charlotte County vehicles and associated equipment.
Performs routine maintenance and moderately complex repairs on a variety of heavy equipment, automotive, mechanical, hydraulic, air conditioning, and electrical systems. Degree of complexity in work assignments depends on work experience and skill.
Fleet Management is also responsible for the County fuel facilities and services.
